I watched the finale of Big Brother and was a bit sad about who won. I’m so excited that all my favorite shows are coming back on, it seems like the finales were a year ago. I watched the first show of This Is Us and was lost during the whole show wondering who the heck those people were. I got it at the end, at least I thought I did, but now I’m wondering if I still am missing something. New Amsterdam also aired it’s new season and I loved episode #1

Yesterday I made a big spiral cut ham and Tropical Sweet Potatoes from the Taste Of Home cookbook,  so we’ll be having leftovers today

New To Me Stuff:
When I got my 6qt. Instant Pot from Wal-Mart and opened it up, I thought it might be too small so I took it back and checked to see what Amazon had. I ended up ordering the 8qt. that has a Bean/Stew & Poultry modes (which I’ll use a lot). The 6qt. didn’t have them, it had a Cake and Egg modes instead. I’ve spent the last week checking out recipes and  I’ve decided to make some ribs first, as soon as I go buy some. So far I’ve bought a glass lid for when I use the slow cooker mode, and a silicone lid to use when I want to put the insert in the fridge. I also bought a 22 piece accessory set that has things I’ll use for every recipe. I’ll post recipes when I make them

From the camera…

Boots quickly found her favorite spot when we moved. She lays there for hours every day watching to see who or what is going to go by next. In our neighborhood there are plenty of cars going by, people walking or riding bikes, chickens & cats roaming around and they all keep her glued to that spot, looking for whatever or whoever she’s going to see going by next

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
