  1. Your upcoming recipes sound tasty! Have a good week, Vicki!

  2. What a sweet puppy face!
It was in the mid 80’s today..summer is coming.
We can all do with more kindness , I hope Lady GaGa’s book is good

Wishing you a great reading week

  3. The pup sure knows how to get what he wants. The look, that’s all it takes. :)s

  4. Who could resist that face? Years ago, we had a 150 lb sled dog that would get impatient for his walk. Bill would be reading the newspaper and Inu would walk up, stand in front of his chair, place his head under the paper and then whip his head up, bringing the paper with it. Bill would then proceed on the walk 🙂 The furry people have their methods so they can get what they want! 🙂

  5. These crazy hurricanes! We won’t get snow for Christmas (we never do), but we might get a hurricane.

I bet you are looking forward to vacation. We just returned from a trip to Arizona, and it was wonderful.

    Love that doggie face!

    Have a good week.

    • We never get snow either, and I grew up in Ohio so I really really really miss snow. We get a lot of hurricanes though.

I’m looking forward to vacation time a lot. Not going out of Florida but there a a ton of things to do here. I’ve never been to Arizona but would like to go one day.

I love that face! I hope you have a good week too!

  6. The weather certainly turned nice after Tropical Storm Eta left. Today is really lovely. I watched all three Chicago shows, too. I loved them. I hope you have a great week!

  7. I envy you your weather! Sounds like you’re reading some good books. Your dog is so adorable. What a great pic. Melts your heart.

    • It’s supposed to get up to 81° today but the humidity is lower than it has been so it’s not so hot.

I just finished the Lady Gaga audio, it was very good!

Thanks, I think Kaiyo is adorable too!

  8. Oh my, with a doggie face like that, how can you ever focus on something else?! Just adorable.

  9. That pic of Kaiyo is SO ADORABLE! The kindness book by Lady Gaga sounds lovely. Have a great week, Vicki!

  10. That little pupper is too cute.

You are always so good at varying your meals. They are never boring and always sound good.

My pup is about to remind me to take a break soon. She comes down from her sunny spot and then we will read for about twenty and then she will head back up.

    • Thanks, I think your pup is too cute too

I cooked for too many people for the last 40+ years so I’m not a fan. Trying new recipes gets me just a tiny bit in the mood to cook.

Your pup sounds like mine. She needs attention every little bit.

  11. That sounds like the perfect weather! I was surprised to see it is 88 here today. We had a cold front for awhile and now the temps are rising again. We’ve had some wind too, which I like. I’ve been enjoying seeing the stars at night on our evening walks. Such a cute photo! I love animal pictures. They always make me smile. 🙂 I hope you have a great week, Vicki! Take care.

  12. Lady Gaga wrote a book? I’ll have to check it out. I love her music.

    • I love her music too! But actually it’s a book of “stories of kindness, bravery and resilience from young people all over the world”. It’s very good!

  13. The cheesy breakfast casserole and sticky drumsticks have my attention! Love your photo of Keiyo. xo
