  1. Let It Snow sounds like a wonderful story to be reading now. This time of the year just feels like a succession of holidays and birthdays and celebrations; it’s a wonder anything gets done in November and December. I should make an effort to read something light now.

    Love that verse.

What a cool photo! The textures just pop.

I hope you have a great week!

  2. Our Florida weather has been staying so warm and humid, I was hoping for cooler temps this late in October. Had not even heard of Let it Snow so thanks for bringing it to my attention! Perfect for the upcoming holidays.

Everything on your menu sounds great! I’ll bring a salad

    • LOL! Sounds good, I love salad, just no black olives please! I hadn’t heard of Let It Snow until a few days ago when I saw another blogger post about it. I’m listening to the audio and it’s good so far!

  3. A Million Little Things is on my to-watch list, and I’ll be adding Let It Snow to my Netflix queue

Wishing you a great reading week

  4. Our weather has warmed back up, too, but I’m not complaining since it’s not too humid.

I’m listening to Let it Snow too – I think it’s fun so far.

  5. Very cool mushroom photo, purs are not very photogenic, kin of dull looking. :).

  6. Happy Sunday, Vicki!
Let It Snow sounds interesting. It is cooling off here which is quite welcomed. I hope the week ahead is a good one!

  7. We’re setting heat records down here… at least 2 or 3 last week. I think it’s still better than the cold, rainy weather in NY. Everything you made last week sounds good! I might finally break down and buy an Instant Pot when we move into the new house.

  8. Wow, your dinners sounds wonderful!!
I’m in my office with the heat on (low) and wrapped up in a blanket scarf.

  9. I’ve been meaning to watch a million little things. I love that Sean from Psych is in it.

    Happy Reading!

    Here’s my Weekly Wrap Up

    • You should watch AMLT, starting at the first episode and working your way through. It is such a good show! I loved Psych and both James Roday and Dulé Hill. I was so sad when it ended.

  10. We’ve plunged straight into cold and never ending rain. Oh well!
Hope you have a great week!

  11. It’s been a mixed bag here in regards to weather. We had the hot hot again, which is what prompted those fires along with hurricane force winds. Then the temp dropped like 50 degrees and we had freeze warnings. Then, last weekend it rained some in the hills. Those who say climate change is not a real thing clearly aren’t paying attention.

On the personal front. I am restless again. Feeling the need to start a new Bible study or group and you know how much I already have going on. I feel the itch though.
