Linking up with:
Sunday Salon
Sunday Post

Outside…
High of 90°, mostly sunny

Thankful…
That the humidity is not as bad as it’s been

Reading…
Growing up in Disneyland by Ron DeFore

Listening To…
Friday I saw a post by Kathy @ Bermuda Onion where she mentioned a book by Kate DiCamillo which is the last book in a 3 book series. Since I already book #1 Raymie Nightingale (without knowing it was part of a series) I decided I’d also listen to books 2 & 3. So as soon as I finish the last 2 hours of my current listen, I’ll be starting book #2 which is Louisiana’s Way Home and then listen to Beverly, Right Here.

Last Week…
Sunday Reflections
First Chapter First Paragraph Tuesday Intros
The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein
Gaurdians Of Beings by Eckhart Tolle

Books Needing Reviewed…
Evvie Drake Starts Over by Julia Whelan
The Lido by Libby Page
(Definitely)The Best Dogs of All Time by Jadan Carroll

On Hold At The Library…
Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of “The View”
by Ramin Setoodeh

Watching…
I watched the finale of Big Brother and was a bit sad about who won. I’m so excited that all my favorite shows are coming back on, it seems like the finales were a year ago. I watched the first show of This Is Us and was lost during the whole show wondering who the heck those people were. I got it at the end, at least I thought I did, but now I’m wondering if I still am missing something. New Amsterdam also aired it’s new season and I loved episode #1

In The Kitchen…
Eating out because we’re going to IKEA and who knows where else, but during the week I’ll be making Chinese Orange Chicken, plus I got a big bags of dried black beans and white rice so I’ll be making Cuban Black Beans & Rice

New To Me Stuff:
Quaker Chocolate Rice Crisps SO GOOD!

Today’s To Do List…
Work in the morning and then shopping, eating out, and maybe a beach trip

Looking forward to…
Getting my hair cut, it’s getting way too long

A Favorite Bible Verse…
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:6
