It’s hot and humid today and they’re saying we could get snow next weekend.
It was hot today here but not humid thank goodness!
Vicki, I hope you’ve had a lovely Sunday! I’m with you, I’ve been craving Christmas movies as well, and actually watching a few (on Lifetime). They are great fun! We’ve gotten some much needed rain here, and now the air is fresh and cool.
Have a terrific week ahead!
Every Christmas movie I’ve watched so far has been really good. So glad you’ve gotten some rain! Thanks, I hope you have a terrific week too!
Scary about your friend’s husband the detached retina!
We made spaghetti too, actually Doug did it in the Instant Pot. We are on the same wave length, you and I.
I forget what you call those mushrooms, I think they are Hen of the Woods.
I’m not sure what they are. I’ve seen a lot of different types of mushrooms in the area I live in. I never check to see what kind they are, maybe I should start.
The mushrooms look interesting. The ones we see are very redish and yellow almost neon like. Probably poison to eat but great to photograph.
Have a wonderful evening and week, Vicki.
I’ve taken a few photos of mushrooms. I find them very interesting when they’re in a big pile.
Lately I’ve been craving Christmas movies, too. I watched a few on the Hallmark Channel over the weekend. They were so good and puts you right in the holiday spirit 🙂
Every one I’ve watched so far has been excellent.
Those mushrooms are amazing! Good photo. My husband and I have been hooked on Hallmark movies for several weeks now. They are addictive. I recommend them.
I’ve found a lot of mushroom piles in my yard as well as my daughters yard. I think they look neat. I’ve loved every Christmas movie I’ve watched so far.
I have a list of Christmas movies a mile long that I must see but I’ve only watched two so far and one of them was new, The Christmas Chronicles. My must-see list:
Christmas Vacation
Home for the Holidays
Christmas with the Kranks
Jingle All the Way
Deck the Halls
Love Actually
The Family Stone
It’s a Wonderful Life
It Happened on 5th Avenue
A Christmas Story
The Nightmare Before Christmas (although I sometimes watch this on Halloween)
My husband would add Trading Places, Die Hard and Lethal Weapon.
And of course all the TV shows like Rudolph, Frosty, Charlie Brown, Grinch.
I really need to get on the ball and start watching!
Wow, thanks for the list! I haven’t seen some of these so I’ll be checking them out. My kids loved The Nightmare Before Christmas when they were younger.
