Perched on the Edge: Poems and Songs for Everyday

Perched on the Edge: Poems and Songs for Everyday by Lowell a Anderson

Playing Upon A Word

The author lay upon the ground

She was bruised and shaken

She said that she was sorry, that it was really quite absurd

She fell, she said, while she was trying to play upon a word
