July Goals
1. Eat more meatless meals: Doing great
2. Drink enough water: getting at least 60 oz. a day
3. Strength train 5 times a week: on track
4. Tai-chi/chi gong twice a week: maybe I should just take this goal off

  1. You can do the tai chi – I know you can!

    • Right now I’m going through the house deciding what to take, sell, giveaway, or throw away and it’s so time consuming. Our house big plus I have so many books, and we have 2 sheds and a huge pole barn, and all the items from a business that we did when my husband was alive, and did I mention a huge amount of books and audio cd’s? I’m not getting much else done. I’m even behind on my book reviews. When all this is done I think I need to take a mini vacation at the beach. Maybe I’ll do some tai-chi/chi-gong there 🙂

  2. I did chi-gong today to help increase my minutes. It does feel good when I do it (which isn’t very often).
