  1. Except for the tai-chi, it looks like you’re doing great.

    • Yep, but I really intend to do some Tai-chi/chi-gong at least twice a week and it sounds so easy to do, but it hasn’t been for me. I don’t know why either, I love them both. I suppose I just have too many other things on my mind.

  2. Lots of steps and strength-training will definitely keep you going!

  3. Keep up the good job, Vicki! This past week, I got in a lot of steps, because we were in NY. It’s easy and fun to walk around the city.
