July Goals
1. Eat more meatless meals
2. Drink enough water
3. Strength train 5 times a week
4. Either tai-chi or chi gong at least twice a week

I met this weeks goals for #’s 1 & 3 but not the other two

  2. When I wanted to up my water consumption, I started adding lemon to my water. Now, I drink water all the time. Keep up the steps!

    • I usually drink lots of water but lately I’ve been drinking a Baja Blast everyday and sometimes an iced coffee. No matter what I drink I need to make sure I still get enough water.
