Sunday Reflections

Right now it’s 79° and supposed to get up to 88°. There’s a slight chance of rain & the sky is blue and cloudless. And it’s quiet out there which is unusual for a weekend.

Britt-Marie Was Here by Fredrik Backman

I’m still binge watching Monk & on season 2.

Last week I started getting pains in my upper thigh & for me that means I’m not drinking enough water. I try to drink at least 80 oz. every day but sometimes I don’t get that much. When my legs started hurting I made sure I got enough water every day and the pain stopped. Dehydration can really mess with your body.

  1. Lovely picture. The light from behind the sky.

  2. Glad you’re making sure you’re hydrating! That’s so important. Enjoy Bush Gardens! I love the one in Tampa and would love to go back. Last time we were there the Tornado was a baby but he loved seeing the Sesame Street characters. Have a great week!

    • It was so hot and humid yesterday, got over 90° but we still had a great time. We did the Congo River Rapids and it cooled us down for a short while. I love that ride!

  3. Happy Sunday, Vicki! Busch Gardens sounds wonderful. I hope to visit someday. Monk is a very good show. I need to drink more water now that the weather’s warmer. Have a great week ahead!

  4. The Shortest Way Home is on my wish list. I love vanilla L&F yogurt. I usually add some frozen (or thawed) blueberries to it. Delicious.

  5. I look forward to hearing what you think of Britt Marie was Here. I certainly liked Ove so I’d read more by Backman.
We are getting more rain today. that’s pretty typical here.

  6. Sometimes drinking too much water can make you have leg cramps if you are losing too much potassium. Love your reflections!
