  1. You do so well with your steps when you track them. Do you manage to drink that much water? I don’t keep track of how much I drink but maybe I should.

    • I could do better with my steps but I usually don’t track unless I’m at work. I always try to drink at least 80 oz. of water a day but once in a while I miss that goal.

  2. I probably need to get more water into myself during the day!

    • If I don’t drink enough water my body lets me know. I get sleepy during the day, a little lightheaded, and my heart beats weird. Also, I feel warmer than when I drink enough.
