I’ve been slacking on yoga & tai-chi. I don’t know why but I’ve been feeling really tired after I get home from work and if I sit down to watch tv for any length of time I fall asleep. Hopefully whatever is causing it will stop soon. I have to go back to work tonight so no nap today.

  1. I think it’s the winter weather that has us all feeling drowsy. Keep up the good work with your steps.

  2. I’ve been feeling kind of icky, but my problem is that the cedar trees have started pollinating. With my allergies, I suspect I would have these problems all year around in Florida — unless I lived right on the beach.

    I hope you get back your yoga energy soon.

  3. I seriously need to get on the ball with exercising regularly. Being back in school hasn’t helped. Great job adding prayed and meditation everyday!
