I’ve been a bit out of sorts lately
I’m blaming it on the cold weather that doesn’t bring me any snow

  2. Hi, Vicki! Your step count is good, and your menus always make me hungry for real food. I tried Tai-Chi many years ago but I was terrible at it! I hope you feel back to normal soon. 🙂

  3. I’m with you on the cold weather – it’s making me grumpy too.

    • I’m sick of the cold. And today after work I went to Publix and my hands about froze off. It’s usually not that cold in there but it sure was today.

  5. We’re hoping for warmer weather this week — above freezing will feel warm to me now!

  7. There are some wonderful meditation and yoga videos on YouTube. I try and do one every day.

  8. The chicken wings on the menu makes me want some! You are doing so well with your exercise and Tai Chi plan.
