Hi, Vicki! Your step count is good, and your menus always make me hungry for real food. I tried Tai-Chi many years ago but I was terrible at it! I hope you feel back to normal soon. 🙂
I’m with you on the cold weather – it’s making me grumpy too.
I’m sick of the cold. And today after work I went to Publix and my hands about froze off. It’s usually not that cold in there but it sure was today.
Cold weather is conducive to being irritable! Feel better soon!
I’ve never been irritable because of the weather. I hope that’s not it. If it is, I’ll really be irritable this summer.
We’re hoping for warmer weather this week — above freezing will feel warm to me now!
