How did I miss posting a RW  last week?

Brrrrrr, it’s cccccold here in sunny Florida! Yeah, I know, many states are a lot colder and have a bunch of snow, but it’s expected there. And truthfully, I wouldn’t mind lower temps if there was snow involved. I really miss the snow. And I’d have warmer clothes if I lived up north.

For January I want to focus more on
eating healthy and getting back into a yoga/tai-chi routine

Daily:
prayer & meditation
deep breathing
80 oz. water

Total Of 12 A Month
Yoga/Tai-Chi
Light incense or a candle when you get home
Take a walk outside
Watch a food/health documentary
Listen to a guided meditation/favorite music
Watch a comedy tv show/movie

Meals

  1. We’re not well equipped for the cold weather we’re having either. I’m really glad I insisted on gas heat when we moved here.

    • We have a heat pump. It doesn’t cost much a month for the 2200+ sq. ft. house.
      I don’t have anything that’s gas where we live now or in the house we’re remodeling.

  2. Happy new Year, Vicki! I heard that it’s cooler than usual in Florida. Keep up the terrific step count!

  3. I need to focus on eating healthy too. I feel like I’ve been eating nothing but junk for that past month.

  4. Low temperature and snow is a perfect match.
