I’ve always believed we should not only do what we can to have a healthy body, but we should also work to have a healthy mind and spirit. I recently reviewed The Little Book of Hygge: The Danish Way to Live Well by Meik Wiking so I was really excited Friday when I stumbled on this HYGEE challenge @ Albie Knows. You can join or just follow along using #25DAYSOFHYGGE on Instagram & Twitter. You can also check out her YouTube channel.

  1. I have The Little Book of Hygge, but haven’t gotten around to reading it yet.
Your steps look great – always so many more than mine.

  4. Cool that you found a challenge to go with a recently read book.

  5. it is not that safe. I was there but got beaten. I never ever go there again.

  6. Happy Wednesday, Vicki! I I did a Hygge post on my blog not too long ago, and love the idea of Hygge; I try to fit some of it into my daily life, especially when I’m at home in the evenings. 🙂
