I’ve always believed we should not only do what we can to have a healthy body, but we should also work to have a healthy mind and spirit. I recently reviewed The Little Book of Hygge: The Danish Way to Live Well by Meik Wiking so I was really excited Friday when I stumbled on this HYGEE challenge @ Albie Knows.   6. Happy Wednesday, Vicki! I I did a Hygge post on my blog not too long ago, and love the idea of Hygge; I try to fit some of it into my daily life, especially when I’m at home in the evenings. 🙂
