  3. I always admire people who has excercise plan and stick to it. Me? Never. I mean, when I go to gym, it’s ok, but when I have to excercise at home, OMG, I usually stop after two- three days. Congrats then. You’re doing very well. Impressive amount of steps.

    • I get most of my steps at work, and then some days I go to the grocery store and get more there. My daughter and granddaughter say I walk the store like I’m in a maze. Most people go down one isle and then the next and on and on. I go to this one, then that one, there’s no rhyme or reason to the path I take, I backtrack a lot. Have for years because I keep thinking of something else I need.
