I live in Florida and it’s so hot and humid most of the year, but there are a few days here and there during fall when the humidity eases up a bit. I also like Thanksgiving, especially pumpkin pie. I’ve never tried apple cider but plan to try it soon.  When I lived in Ohio, I loved the changing colors of the leaves, but here there isn’t much of that. Hopefully I’ll find a colorful tree or two this fall.

  1. I can’t imagine living somewhere it’s hot almost all the time! I wish we had a little more hot days where I live. Here in the Netherlands there is a lot of rain during Fall. And I hate it! But I do love all those pretty colors!!
Thanks for joining and sharing your favorite!

  2. I think I could live somewhere where there is never winter! I don’t think I would miss it! But I would miss not seeing the changing colors of the trees.

  3. I love fall. I would find it strange having warm weather all year round, but I also think I’d get used to it very fast.

  4. It is very hot here in VA for October, but the leaves are changing colors. I miss the crisp cool fall weather, but hope we will have it soon.

  5. Vicki, Trader Joe’s has a good apple cider to try! We are having wonderful, cooler weather this week.

  6. I’m beginning to think we’re going to skip fall this year. I like the warm weather but the humidity is killing me.

  7. We have hot falls, too, in Texas. The humidity isn’t as bad in Central Texas, but I remember visiting Orlando in March in high school and it was brutal. I don’t think I’ve ever tried apple cider, either.

  8. I don’t think I could live in Florida. I live in coastal VA and can barely stand the weather here. (And it’s still hot right now!)
I definitely couldn’t do year round heat and humidity.

I love apple cider (but hate apple juice), it’s the best!

  9. I keep telling my husband we should move south. I’m pretty sure I could live with summer all year.

  10. I live in Texas, and the fall weather doesn’t really start until November here. I once went up to Nebraska to visit my inlaws and it was colder in October there than it ever gets here. I didn’t even own a coat!

  11. I do like the cooler weather here in Fall.
