I got a new iPhone 8 and some the my step apps aren’t working right for some reason. They were, and then a few days ago they stopped recording my steps. I need to go see if I can fix them but just haven’t yet. So, some days I have no idea how many steps I got.

prayer & meditation
deep breathing
80 oz. water

  1. I need to be better at noting what I did eat. I usually start with a good plan for the week and then it goes off the rails.

  2. Ugh! I’ve had my phone reboot in the middle of a run and it’s so frustrating when it does. I’m thinking of buying a hybrid watch for tracking.

  3. Vicki, I hope you are enjoying your iPhone 8, for the most part. I like the ideas on your Personal Challenge List. It’s a good idea to write down personal goals, and then complete them. It’s like a shopping list for the spirit. Have a wonderful week. 🙂

  4. I love your 3x list. Looking forward to seeing how that works for you. I get stuck sometimes thinking that I should do something every day when, really, 3 times a month would be so much better than never.

    • I know what you mean. I usually aim too high and don’t reach my goal. That’s why I decided on 3. If I do a few more often then it’s just a bonus.
