Challenges
I was going to start the 21-Day Relaxation Course  challenge on the 11th but then Irma happened and I was without electricity/internet for over a week. Even the wi-fi was sketchy. So, I decided to postpone starting it until Oct. 3rd.

  4. Glad u are recovering from Irma, such a terrible ordeal for many. I never reach 10,000 steps these days, but I don’t try very hard either. I love yoga but, want to try Tai Chi as well.

    • I”m thankful Irma wasn’t worse, but feel so bad for those who had more damage. There are houses a few down from mine that are flooded. I don’t know how long it will be before they can go back home and figure out what to do.

      For me, Tai Chi is a better fit than yoga.
