Tuesday: 20  Squats, 20 Push Ups,  & 100 sec. Wall Sits
Wednesday: Upper Body Workout
Thursday: Tai Chi
Friday: 20  Squats, 20 Push Ups,  & 100 sec. Wall Sits
Saturday: Lower Body
Sunday: rest
