  4. Good job, Vicki! Your exercise is full of variety. I am just back from a trip back east. While I was away, I modified my fitness routines somewhat. I did a lot of walking, which I love to do!

  5. OMG! I don’t remember, when I worked out 🙁 no time… Yes, this is what I say to myself 😉
