Monday ~ 8/7: didn’t track

I need to start tracking every day, not just the days I work

Tuesday: Smoked Sausage dogs with chow chow
Wednesday: Chicken, baked beans & cole slaw
Thursday: Soup
Friday: Corned Beef sandwiches
Saturday: Pizza
Sunday: Left over pizza
Monday: Chinese

  1. I like how tracking will sometimes get me to walk a few hundred more steps around the house at night, just to get to the next thousand.

  2. Tracking steps helps motivate me too.

  3. I was going to try to start meditating this month. I have not. It seems to have so many benefits, I just never seem to actually set time aside for it.
