Wow, it’s hard to believe it’s August already! I’m sticking with the same goals I had for July, with the addition of  doing a few video workouts a week.

August  Goals:
prayer & meditation
deep breathing
80 oz. water

Sunday ~ 7/30: didn’t track
Monday ~ 7/31: 9.261
