Tuesday: Fried Cabbage w/ Sausage
Wednesday: Judee’s 4 Minute Low Carb Version of Chinese Egg Drop Soup
Thursday: Stuffed Peppers
Friday: Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Saturday: eating out, probably Chinese
Sunday: Hamburger Patties & Tomato And Avocado Salad
Monday: Tina’s Vegetable Stir Fry
(didn’t make the stir fry last week, I ended up working 4 nights)

  3. I am so excited to find this post- I love the idea of your detailed plan for each day.. It’s very inspiring . I too want to lose 15 pounds so I’m going to make up my own plan. I also love that you included recipes. I can’t tell you how surprised and delighted I was to see the link to my low calorie 4 minute egg drop soup .. thanks so much

  4. I forgot about posting this week but I want to say you are doing well! Thanks for the shout out for the stir fry, we actually did it again. My husband may get sick of it so I better not have it for a while.
