Summer is right around the corner (June 21 – September 22) and I finally got together my summer reading list. I’ll be switching between print and audio.

And We’re Off by Dana Schwartz
The Silent Witness by Casey Watson
The Marsh King’s Daughter by Karen Dinone
Do Not Become Alarmed by Maile Meloy
The New Old Me by Meredith Maran
Born A Crime by Trevor Noah
Stillhouse Lake by Rachel Caine

  1. Good luck sticking to your list. I just downloaded the audio of Born a Crime… might even start this weekend.

  2. That’s a good list and set of goals for the summer. I am awaiting a Peter Robinson book which will be released in July and the second book in the Daughters of Ireland series.

    • My mother was part Irish so I knew I had some in me, but when my Ancestry.com results came back I found out I’m 40% Irish. Now I’m wanting to read book that are by Irish authors or set in Ireland. I’ll check the Daughters Of Ireland series out.

  3. I think this is a doable list. I sometimes get carried away but realistically, under ten books is doable and mixing it up with audio is a fabulous idea.

  4. Nice summer reading list! Most of your books are new to me.

  5. That looks like a great list!

  6. I hope you enjoy them. I’ve only read the Backman. I liked it but not as much as “Ove”. Different kind of book, though.

  7. Good luck with your list. I have read Beartown and thought it was so-so but I’m in the minority as most on Goodreads loved it, so enjoy. I’m curious about Do Not Become Alarmed and will wait to hear if that one is good. cheers. ps. I made a summer list too

  8. Have a great summer! Thanks for sharing your list.
