It’s time to start a new month and a new year. These are the goals I want to meet in January. And yes, I’m still going to try to get some Tai-Chi/Qi-Gongi-Gong in.

Monday ~ 01/02: 8,175 steps

On The Menu
Smoked Sausage, Potatoes & Cabbage Bake

Rotisserie Chicken with sweet potato & Brusels Sprouts
Meatless salad

  4. I’ve done yoga a couple of times recently — I forgot how good it feels when I’m done! I’d probably do it more often if I actually remembered that.
