Kaiyo was exhausted from playing outside.

And yes, she needs another furcut already. It grows so fast it isn’t funny.

  1. A breathtaking choise for this weeks letter….. Adorable photo, My dogs have to go to the barber every 5 months too… I always did it myself but I cant do that no longer, the barbers are quit expensive aren’t they?

    Have a nice ABC-W-day / – week

    • Yes they are expensive. Kaiyo is a Japanese Chin and they have really long hair, but I like her with short hair better so she has to go once a month.

  2. I’m right with her! I’ve never had a dog I had to take to the groomer’s but I imagine it does seem like you have to go there constantly!

  3. Poor pooch, I always feel for animals in the heat but it’s
good that you can have her hair cut to keep her cooler.
My cat lies upside down on the ceramic tiles in the kitchen when
    it’s too hot!
    Very pretty little doggie.

    Best wishes,

  4. Awe, what a cute photo. She looks so happy. We also spend at the groomers but these babies are worth it. ❤️

  5. It’s like me, I have short hair and have to get it cut every 4-5 weeks but sometimes go to 6!!

  6. Hi Vicki,

Kaiyo has well and truly found her place in your heart and is definitely a member of the family now 🙂

I spend a fortune on haircuts, as my hair is very short, so the slightest amount of growth tends to make it look straggly and unkempt. I have a standing appointment with my regular hairdresser every four weeks and he also keeps the roots ‘touched up’ for me these days 🙂

    Have a great weekend 🙂

  7. Kaiyo may be exhausted, but she’s still super cute. What a doll!

Vicki, I’ve been in Japan the past few weeks. Now I am back home and blogging once again. Have a wonderful weekend.

  8. It’s been so hot and humid that I have been exhausted!
