Readers’ Workout: 8/13/13

Oh me…it’s been 3 months since my last workout.  I’m ready to get going again.

So here’s the plan:

Daily
lots of walking
stretching (especially my still slightly sore left knee)
deep breathing
drink lots of water
eat fruits and veggies at least twice
get at least 7 hrs. of sleep

A few times a week
eat meatless
Qi-Gong
strength training
pilates or yoga
step aerobics

    How are you keeping track each day?

    • My treadmill keeps track of miles, but I’m thinking about using DailyMile.
      As for everything else, I’ll just keep a draft of my weekly post and update it daily.

    Good luck with your action plan.

    I’m with Kathy, in that I have started walking much more than I used to and it is surprising the difference it is making to my fitness and stamina levels. The only problem is that when the weather turns cold and miserable, walking won’t exactly be at the top of my list!

    I guess that is where living in Florida comes into its own! … Ah Well! I can only dream!

  5. When I am exercising I love to do pilates and yoga. All the very best with your exercise programme.
