        The Sunday Post

The weather today is hot hot hot! 91.2 with a feel like of 103 (factoring in the heat index and the wind chill factor). I don’t like being outside very long when it’s this hot unless I can get in some shade. The sun feels scorching on my skin.

Family News:
On Thursday Arianna, my oldest granddaughter, passed her written permit test! Now she has to go take the driving test. I love her, but she’s making me feel old!

My daughter in law had some photos published in a French Craft Magazine. You can visit her site to check it out.

I’m so proud of them both!!

  1. Looks like you had a good week.
The grandkids getting older does sort of make us feel older.
    Yay for negative tests!
Your dog pic is like mine of Princess too. 🙂 Is he a Jack Russell?

    • Yes, he’s a Jack Russell, but he’s a she 🙂
She isn’t your typical JR though, she’s always been calm as a cat, except when it comes to playing with her red rubber ball. Then she gets really excited.

  2. Love Jim Gaffigan! 😉 I bet that audio is hilarious. Loud crowd-cheering that you husbands test came be clear!! Woot!

Pup looks like he’s chosen an active hobby!! lol

  3. Did you see the painted tile of a lighthouse that I bought at the Lighthouse Festival some weeks ago? Take a look:

  4. I need to catch up on reviews, too!

Glad your husband’s tests came back clean 🙂

  5. I feel older as the grandchildren mature, too; my oldest two grandsons are eighteen, now! And the granddaughters are sixteen.

The youngest ones are two ten-year-olds, who are not exactly babies anymore, either.

Enjoy your week…and thanks for visiting my blog.

  6. I can see why you’re so proud of your family and I’m thankful your husband’s biopsies were negative. Stay cool!
