Dying To Run by Cami Checketts
Cassidy Christensen wants to run.
Captured by the traffickers who killed her mother, her only hope is Dr. Tattoo, a man she loves but nobody trusts. When she finally gets a chance to run, someone else she cares about is taken. Running might be her only chance at survival, but she won’t allow another family member to be killed in her place.
This must-read sequel to Dead Running will have you laughing, biting your nails, and hoping for more.
I was really excited to read Dying To Run. This book picked up 2 weeks after Dead Running (which I absolutely loved), so it’s no surprise that I love this book also. This is a very short read, but it’s full of action, suspense and a little romance. So much packed into 76 pages!
Cami sure has a way with words. A few examples are “nutso-like” and “beastly dude”. I’m hoping for another in this series, I can’t wait to read how the relationship between Cassidy and Jesse turn out.
