I didn’t do so great with RW last year. I hope to do so much better in 2013.
Instead of making new goals every week, I’m going for the same goals for a while.
Hopefully that will help me make them a permanent part of my life.
1. Post weekly to RW to help keep me accountable
2. Drink 3 bottles of water a day
3. Get at least 30 min. of cardio a day
4. Eat meatless most days
5. Do deep breathing exercises daily
6. Strength train at least 3 times a week
