Frozen Peanut Butter Butterfinger Pie

Found @ Confessions Of A Cookbook Queen

INGREDIENTS
Chocolate or Oreo Pre-made Crust
8 oz block cream cheese, softened
1/2 of a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
8 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
8 fun size or 3 full size Butterfinger candy bars, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In the bowl of a mixer, combine cream cheese, condensed milk, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat on medium until smooth and completely combined.
2. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the Cool Whip until combined. Add chopped candy.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust. Cover and freeze until firm.

  1. I’ve always wanted to go somewhere by helicopter…. I used to say that about hot air balloons, but I’ve crossed that one off my Bucket List.

    I love the look and sound of your pie. Peanut Butter is one of my favourites, although we don’t have butterfinger candy bars over here in the UK, so I would have to work out what sort of replacement I could use. I have never flown in a helicopter and can’t say that it is on the top of my ‘things to do before I die’ list. Mind you, I always said that about a balloon flight, until friends purchased one as a joint 50th birthday gift. I had a fantastic time, although it is probably something that I will never do again. Yvonne
